Fortress Financial group employs the use of Outside Managers to ensure efficient and consistent management of our clients’ accounts. When an Outside Manager is used, the fee schedule above includes the Outside Manager’s fee.
When an Outside Manager is used, the Outside Manager will debit the Client’s account for both the Outside Manager’s fee, and our firm’s advisory fee.
Fortress Financial may, in its sole discretion, negotiate to charge a lesser fee based upon certain criteria, such as anticipated future earning capacity, anticipated future additional assets, dollar amount of assets to be managed, related accounts, account composition, pre-existing/legacy client relationship, account retention and pro bono activities.
